Kingston Christmas Wishes Hamper Fundraiser

Christmas is usually a magical time for children. Yet the 5,733 children in Kingston* who live in poverty will be expecting another bleak mid-winter.

But by supporting the Kingston Charitable Foundation's Winter Wishes appeal you can help us to make some Kingston Christmas wishes come true.

You can support our appeal by buying a ticket for our Christmas Wishes Hamper Raffle, or by coming along to our Kingston Christmas Wishes Pub Quiz launch event on 28 November.

For a donation of just £5 per ticket (there are just 100 tickets available!), you could win a fabulous festive hamper which so far includes:
• Gin
• Champagne
• Prosecco
• 2 x tonic waters
• Sparkling elderflower
• Lovely party snacks
• Party poppers
• Ginger Gin
• Champagne glasses x 4
• Bottle of wine
• The Good Life gin (40cl)
• Fentiman's lemonade (mixer)

To buy raffle tickets, please click here. The funds raised by our appeal will help vulnerable families in need across Kingston: £75 will buy a young carer winter essentials such as a warm coat, scarf, gloves and bedding.

Thanks to a very generous pledge from the Rowan Bentall Charitable Trust, to match fund donations, every penny raised by the raffle and the pub quiz will be doubled!

The lucky winner will be announced at our Kingston Christmas Wishes Charity Pub Quiz on Tuesday 28th November (8:00-10:00pm) at The Boaters Inn, Canbury Gardens, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 5AU which is supported by Kingston Chambers of Commerce as one of their Charity of the Year fundraisers for Kingston Charitable Foundation. Please note that the hamper can be collected from The Boaters Inn on the 28th November or from a central Kingston location. (Sorry - we can not arrange delivery).

Thank you to everyone who has donated contents for our fabulous hamper, including Kingston Charitable Foundation trustees, Julie Leach (Kingston Chamber of Commerce President) and Patriona Briggs, Community Liaison Coordinator, John Lewis Kingston.
